Julie married Wendell Barrett in 1997.  Although raised in church, Julie realized in 1998 that she knew about Jesus but did not know Jesus in a relationship.  After coming to a saving knowledge of Jesus, Julie served in various ministry positions.  It was in those serving opportunities that Julie found her passion to be working with kids.  Julie has a special love for children and their need to meet Christ at an early age. Julie serves as Director of LaunchKids Ministry.  In this position, Julie leads a team of dedicated volunteers in our mission of Know, Grow, and Go for children ages 6 weeks through 5^th grade.  Julie can be reached by sending an email to launchkids@launchpoint.church.
